Rock Springs Clinic to have office in Forsyth
The Hospital Authority of Monroe County will allow the Milner-based, non-profit Rock Springs Clinic to have a satellite office in Forsyth to be open one day a week.
Monroe County Hospital CEO Lorraine Smith told the Authority on Aug. 27 that Rock Springs Clinic representative Dr. Stephen Taunton has requested space on the Monroe County Hospital campus in the old Smith-Grant building for the faith-based, free clinic to operate. Smith said Taunton sees a lot of Monroe County patients in Milner and said Taunton would refer patients to MCH for lab work and radiology.
